For size, fit, color, or quality-related concerns, please report the issue within 2 days (48 hours) of delivery. Ensure the product is unused, with the seal tag intact and in its original packaging. Failure to meet these conditions will disqualify the product for replacement or return.

If there is a size or fit problem, only one replacement will be offered. Subsequent exchanges will require the buyer to cover all shipping costs.

In the case of color or quality discrepancies from the description, a replacement will be issued.

For manufacturing defects such as discoloration, sole cracks, leather cracks (excluding wrinkles), or stitching issues, please notify us within 15 days of delivery.

If the problem is confirmed as a manufacturing defect by our Quality engineer, the product will be repaired at no cost. Otherwise, it will be categorized as wear and tear.

In the case of wear and tear issues, which occur after 15 days of delivery or are not classified as manufacturing defects, or if the problem arises due to regular use, the product will be considered under this category.

Please note that any exchange will be processed only after we have received the original product in new condition. If the original product is not received in the specified condition, it will be returned to the buyer at their expense.

Refunds may take 4-5 working days from the date of return delivery to be processed, based on the payment method utilized..


Wrinkles are inherent characteristics of genuine leather; therefore, no exchanges or refunds will be offered for this natural property.

As leather is a natural material, slight color variations may occur. Additionally, differences in screen quality may result in minor discrepancies between the actual product color and its representation on the website.
